I am 15, almost 16 years old.
I weigh 151 pounds.
How long will it take me to be down to 115 if:
~i excersise for 20 minutes two times a day on a stationary bike
~ do two hours of yoga 1 day a week
~ do pilate excersises 3 times a week
AND am on weight watchers?

At 15-16, when I was almost 200 lbs, I lost about 36 lbs in about 4 months. But your goal is less weight, so, I think you’re going to have to work *really* hard to get those last 10 lbs.
your exercise routine you’d like to start sounds great! And weight watchers is a good choice.
If you can also add fat burning exercises too, such as walking and swimming (that’s my personal favourite), that would be good too.
Can you walk to school instead of getting a lift? Every bit helps. Just remember, whatever you do, to enjoy it. Don’t start off with a bang, and then give up one week later.
Try adding things gradually, and if one thing isn’t as much fun, try something else, until you’re *passionate* about it.
It is possible to lose that weight within a couple of months if you’re consistent.
