stop eating potatoes and pasta for dinner those are best for breakfast and lunch, your body does not need a slower digesting carb for the evening when you will be sleeping in a few hours. replace with green veggies

Megan C. from Los Angeles, California, lost 30 pounds in 6 weeks. I weighed 160, and then six weeks later I am at 130... this diet seemed to take it back to where your body was supposed to be naturally.

You will look more defined, and will lose inches, giving the illusion that you weigh less. I have done this myself. I have only lost 1 stone 11 lb, but I have lost 7 inches from my hips, 6 inches from my waist, and 4.5 inches from my chest. It took me 6 months and now I am 2 dress sizes smaller and my metabolism burns off everything mega fast due to all the exercise!!
7-7.5 stone is slightly underweight for your height though so you may find it difficult to get to this weight healthily whilst building muscle too. If you build muscle and lose fat, your weight will not change vastly as the muscle weight will replace the weight from the fat you have burned. But....as I said, your dress size will shrink! Hope this helps :-)

Oooookay, here's the deal. Why not just have 1400 calories every day? not even bodybuilders looking to get uber ripped right before competition eat less than that, but hey if you wanna go that low I suppose you can try (although I don't see how you'd have nearly enough energy for your workouts tbh)

Don't take too much protein. For you around 100 or so should be fine. I'll save you the whole shpiel on protein.

30 minutes of strength training is good, but to burn off a ton of weight you'll need more cardio, somewhere closer to an hour (but for you I'd suggest like 45 minutes, thats including a 5 minute warmup and 5 minute cooldown). Look up some stuff on interval training and try some beginner hill workouts. This will get you working at a higher intensity to make the best of your workouts without totally burning yourself out.

Hope that helps, and good luck.
